Ready with defaults. Every server starts with UTC as its timezone. The owner or an administrator can change it with /timezone. Use /config show to see the current settings and the commands below to adjust them.
AI on your server
AI features are off until the operator approves your server. That covers conversation in chat, natural-language reminder times such as “every Friday at 8 PM”, automatic daily recaps, and AI announcement variety. Commands marked “Requires AI” only work on AI-enabled servers. Recaps keep seven days of human messages and voice joins by default, including quiet days. Other slash-command features work without AI.
/recap reads yesterday, today so far, or a date you choose. /recap-search finds saved recaps containing a keyword when you do not know the date. Both require AI approval; reading and searching saved recaps do not make an additional AI request.
To ask for AI, a server manager runs /ai-request submit, optionally with a reason. /ai-request status shows where the request stands, and the requester gets a DM when it is decided.
Chat works too. On AI-enabled servers with conversation enabled, mention VitawSon or reply to him to request commands marked “Works from chat”, such as “@VitawSon, play some lofi”. He checks the same command permissions and voice-channel requirements as the slash command, including DJ and bot-manager roles where required. Discord’s per-command permission settings do not apply to chat requests. VitawSon has no general role restriction for chat requests. Replies to chat requests are posted in the channel, so everyone there can see them.

Voice
VitawSon automatically joins an allowed voice channel when people are there, greets members, and speaks announcements about joins, leaves, streams, and game activity. He leaves when the channel stays empty. Server managers can adjust automatic joining with /config feature and announcement types with /config announcement. He never receives, records, or transcribes anyone’s voice audio.
Select /say, then type the text you want read aloud, such as Hello everyone!. Discord adds the message field automatically. Join VitawSon’s voice channel first; use /join to bring him in. Messages can be up to 600 characters. English is the default voice. Server managers can choose from 24 voices and accents with /config voice, including Indian, Australian, Canadian, Irish, Scottish, Welsh, South African, and New Zealand English, plus Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Mandarin, and Russian-language voices. The choice also applies to automatic announcements and does not translate the text. Music gets quieter while he speaks. This works without AI when voice announcements are enabled.
