1. Agreement
These Terms of Service apply to your access to VitawSon. If you use VitawSon on behalf of a Discord server or organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for it. If you do not agree, do not add or use VitawSon.
You must also follow Discord’s terms and any rules established by the server where VitawSon is used.
2. What VitawSon provides
VitawSon offers Discord features that may include AI-assisted conversation, voice announcements, music controls, reminders, invitations, and server-scoped daily recaps. Features depend on the deployment’s configuration, permissions, connected services, and, for AI features, operator approval of the server.
VitawSon may be self-hosted. The person or organization operating a deployment controls its configuration, availability, and stored data.
3. Your responsibilities
Server administrators are responsible for configuring VitawSon appropriately, informing their members that it is present, granting only necessary Discord permissions, protecting deployment credentials, and complying with laws that apply to their community.
Users are responsible for the content and commands they submit and for reviewing important AI-generated output before relying on it.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use VitawSon to:
- Break the law, violate another person’s rights, or evade Discord’s rules.
- Harass, threaten, exploit, impersonate, or expose private information about another person.
- Generate or distribute malware, spam, fraudulent content, or instructions intended to cause harm.
- Probe, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to VitawSon or its connected systems.
- Circumvent permissions, safety controls, usage limits, or deletion safeguards.
5. Content and AI output
You retain any rights you have in content you submit. You grant the deployment operator the limited right to process that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the requested VitawSon features.
AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. It is provided for general use, not as professional legal, medical, financial, or safety advice. Do not rely on VitawSon for emergencies or high-stakes decisions.
6. Third-party services
VitawSon relies on services such as Discord and, when configured, AI and music providers. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to their services. VitawSon is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for those providers, and their changes or outages may affect VitawSon.
7. Availability and changes
VitawSon is provided on an “as available” basis. Features may be modified, limited, suspended, or discontinued at any time. Music sources, AI responses, reminders, and voice behavior are not guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error-free.
8. Disclaimers and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VitawSon is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. The service operator and contributors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or access resulting from use of VitawSon.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions or liability limits, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
9. Suspension and termination
You may stop using VitawSon at any time or remove it from your server. Access may be restricted or terminated when reasonably necessary to address abuse, security risk, legal requirements, non-payment of connected services, or violations of these terms.
10. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as VitawSon evolves. The effective date above will change when revisions are published. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
